What I own

The goal isn’t to add AI to the workflow. It’s to redesign the workflow around AI, in every department, not just engineering.

  1. AI in every departmentThe goal I care most about isn't in engineering at all. It's AI-driven efficiency across the whole company, with workflows redesigned around AI rather than AI added to old ones.
  2. EngineeringI lead AI and engineering, manage the engineering team, and set the technical architecture.
